This Privacy Policy explains how PLJ Carpentry Inc. (“PLJ Carpentry”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects the information you provide through our website and other communication channels.

We obtain your consent to receive text messages through checkboxes on our website forms. The checkboxes are unchecked by default and are not required to submit a form. There are two separate consents:
- Project and customer care messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and project follow-ups, scheduling updates and payment confirmations.
- Marketing messages: seasonal offers and service announcements, sent only if you checked the separate marketing consent checkbox.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. If you opted out and want to receive text messages again, reply START to re-enroll.
